We had an internal workshop on Service Monitoring and Management topic.
ITIL, COBIT, ISO review as well as Gartner and other sources of theory were multiplied with team experience and vision.

SAYMON looks forward to structure Service Monitoring. It looks like promising way to pivot or spin-off. We do focus on Information and Communication Technologies. In the same time we see much more potential in the area of service monitoring and management.
